What's stronger — thinking, believing, or knowing? It's in between believing and knowing where God declassifies. At the point you're ready to know, and He's ready to reveal, He will release the mystery of His will for your life. What was once kept under wraps, now unraveled. All the bondage, confusion, and back-and-forth you've been wrestling with stops when God declares your inheritance. You've been predestined for something that only God knows, but will you hear it when He whispers? Our whole attitude changes when we walk in what we know. Are you confident enough to tell the world exactly who you are and why God has made you? Don't just think so, KNOW so! Message: “Declassified” Scripture: Ephesians 1:3-11 (KJV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. - The Gift In The Garden - Bishop T.D. Jakes & The Potter’s House Arts & Music Ministry
Apr 4, 2021 • 1h 13m
The death and Resurrection of Jesus is a defining moment in the life of a believer. When we think of the most important moments of the Bible and of our Christian journeys, His Resurrection tops the list. It was the culmination of Jesus’ walk on Earth, the fulfillment of the Passover, and the greatest example of how God always does His best work in the dark places. He died so you could get through that divorce, through those finances, through those addictions, through the pain. All you have to do is follow His footsteps out of the dark, and He will lead you into His light! Message: “A Defining Moment” Scripture: Acts 13:28-35 (KJV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. - The Gift of God
Apr 1, 2021 • 1h 14m
The gift of God is a pure and graceful invitation into His Spirit to make us fully whole. When we accept His gift of abundance, we feel convicted about the life we led and feel conflict when we revert. We may even be pulled in different directions by our sin. But the beauty of this gift is that we are not in this alone: We are all trying to overcome our sinful natures to be something better than who we were. Only God’s love can make us wholly, truly, alive. Message: “The Gift of God” Scripture: Ephesians 2:1-10 (KJV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. Jakes Date: March 31, 2021 Subscribe to the official T.D. - Knowing In The Noise
Mar 28, 2021 • 1h 23m
Until you know who you are in the midst of the noise, you don't know who you are at all. Jesus was the man in the middle. In the days leading to His crucifixion, He was positioned between two groups of people. There was a camp who praised Him, and a camp who would crucify Him. Jesus wept but still kept walking. How could He function in all that noise? There was something He knew that they didn't: He had a purpose that couldn't be rushed or delayed. We're living in the noisiest time, and the only way not to break is to know who we are. Do you know whose you are and what God has done for you? - Shame Off You
Mar 25, 2021 • 59 min
Shame wants to shackle us. It handcuffs us to our lives’ worst moments, binds us to the opinions of others and ourselves, and holds us from reaching our destinies. What's worse? Buried shame grows roots in us, until we don’t recognize ourselves anymore. But Jesus is much stronger than shame. When you start speaking God's truth to your past and present feelings, you gain the supernatural power to shake the shame off you. Stop letting your shame keep you hidden in the corner — for it’s only in His presence that peace is found. Show up, and watch your shackles fall off. - He Still Wants You
Mar 21, 2021 • 1h 2m
We serve a God who sees our mistakes, our shame, our turmoil, and our pain yet still rushes to embrace us. He sees our disgrace and raises us His grace. He sidesteps our situations and shows us His salvation. The human condition is one of complexity and contradictions, but it cannot separate us from the love of Jesus Christ. When those who walked with Jesus, like Peter, Judas, and Thomas, found themselves overwhelmed with shame, Jesus proved again and again that He still wanted them — flaws and all. God is bigger than everything we’ve been through and He still wants you. Message: “He Still Wants You” Scripture: John 18:25-27; John 21:15-19; Mark 16:6-7 (NIV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. - Girded!
Mar 18, 2021 • 1h 14m
To be “girded” means to clothe yourself with something, dressed or redressed for a purpose. When Jesus laid down His garments, He girded Himself in a towel to wash His disciples’ feet. Why was a king who came from the very heavens He made washing the feet of His creations? He was teaching us how to be humble, how to serve, and how to clothe ourselves with a vulnerable spirit that isn't distracted by detractors but is defined by our destiny. For when you gird yourself with God, you are being guided into your next dimension. Message: “Girded” Scripture: John 13:1-5 (KJV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. - Living Bigger Than Me!
Mar 14, 2021 • 1h 32m
Are you willing to live beyond yourself? Whenever you rebuild something, you first assess the damage. But when your walls are down, anything can breach your city limits. You’re an open field, defenseless, where distractions and past failures have accessed you so long that they’ve broken your rhythm. God wants you to know that you can rebuild from burned stones. You can dwell in a place made beautiful, even from ruins. That's what Nehemiah did in 2:1-10 of his namesake book, but don’t miss this part: The provision for his vision came only when he started living bigger than himself. - The Bloody Pathway
Mar 11, 2021 • 1h 6m
What if glory awaits at the end of your bloody pathway? The beauty of Easter is a story wrapped in blood. When the way home winds through suffering, we want to find a way out. Being broken is uncomfortable — we don't want to put pressure on the parts that hurt. But God isn't applying more pressure to break us; He's correcting our flow. You see, when we bleed for God, we bleed the right way. It's our blood that attaches us to His glory. Have you been letting the hurt stop you from reaching? There's something being built beyond that bloody pathway you're on, but you have to be willing to accept a season of bleeding for exposure to glory. - Wet Wood Still Burns
Mar 7, 2021 • 51 min
You’ve been drowning for far too long, struggling with your circumstances — suffering storms, winds, floods, and more — but you can still burn. You are a burnt offering to God being rained on by life, but your fire cannot be doused, it cannot be extinguished, and it can still burn fervently. You need to get back to where God would have you be and back to where He’s taking you. The fire of God started from a flicker, then grew to a flame, and then to a wildfire. - The Cosmos, The Chaos, and The Creation
Mar 5, 2021 • 1h 10m
What does God see when He looks at us? The chaotic souls we see, or the culmination of what He started in the cosmos? From the very beginnings of the universe, God has shown us that He can bring beauty from ashes and create something from nothing. He’s calling out our destinies, but we won’t get to them if we keep denying who we are and why we're here. Friends, we are His workmanship, and He is our Creator. If we’re going to reach where He wants us to be, we have to trust Him faithfully! - Give Us An Awakening
Feb 28, 2021 • 1h 23m
Deliverance is easy once you wake up, but our eyes open in stages. When life’s disappointments stagger us into an apathetic stupor, we've got to be deliberate in waking back up. Until we do, nothing is going to change. You see, there are spirits assigned to hold us down in our personal prisons, like the 16 guards who tried to lock Peter in place, but they are no match for the angel that's coming to walk us out through that iron gate. Two chains, 16 soldiers: They are no match for the power of God. Do not let the enemy find you where you fell asleep. The angel is coming for your awakening! - Panel Discussion: The Challenges of Our Times | Moderated
Feb 26, 2021 • 1h 16m
In closing our Black History Month observance, Bishop T.D. Jakes surveys our nation’s iconic voices, Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, Bishop Vashti Murphy McKenzie, Senator Tim Scott, and Bakari Sellers, to pose a somber question: Where do Black people go from here? In this window of "legitimization," how do we move forward? When will we stop asking permission to be human? The brilliant panel touches on canceling "cancel culture," willful blindness, social justice, opportunities to maximize Black mobility, and why we must sow our seeds wherever God has planted us. They also address Black pain and ways we can achieve a healthy, mental space. And when we don’t know what else to do, we keep our eyes fixed on the Lord and remember that He, too, was a suffering Savior. He is ever close to us throughout it all. - Branded!
Feb 21, 2021 • 1h 5m
Think of yourself differently in this new season that you’re entering. Think of yourself as a descendant of the very Jesus who was wounded on the cross, stripped down from a Savior to a slave, and died a human death only to be resurrected with scars and stripes on His body. Why is that? Because those scars marked the pain that permitted His perfection. All that you’ve been through and all that you’ve endured has qualified you for a blessing that will have you walking with the humility of human pain and the crowning of a Christ-like mind. You’ve got to walk with your wounds! Message: “Branded!” Scripture: Philippians 2:5-11 (LEB); John 20:24-28 (NIV) Speaker: Bishop T.D. Jakes Date: February 21, 2021 Subscribe to the official T.D. Feb 18, 2021 • 1h 31m
When you don’t know your roots, you cannot bear fruit. A sin of slavery was how our conquerors aimed to wipe out memories of our ancestors and separate us from our identity. But we are not defined by our conquerors! The Bible tells our history, story after story of Black men and women making a difference as pioneers of civilization. From Keturah, who birthed an extraordinary lineage, to Nimrod, a mighty ruler, to Simon of Cyrene, who carried Jesus’ cross. These are our forebears. Embrace their stories. They were our eyes that led us to the Promised Land and our inspiration as we continue the work they began.
