Today, our Presiding Bishop, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, reminded us that we are not called to common things because we are an uncommon people. What a revelatory word we received! Bishop Tudor Bismark exposed the many "systems of terror" that try to rule the earth: "the terror of death, of people, sickness and diseases, tormenting spirits, war, antions, etc." Yet for every system he named, he declared our response: "The earth is the Lord's and the His people thereof." We shall not be afraid of these terrors, because we are free indeed and are made victorious in Christ.

Dr Mensa Otabil continued in the unveiling of "The Uncommon Jesus," revealing to us the many dimensions of Jesus Christ. He emphasised knowing the person of Jesus, which is at the centre of the Christian life and not just knowing about Jesus. Knowing the incomparable Jesis, the I am that I am, the only begotten son. None like Him and none can compare to Him! God made known, God made visible. Jesus is not just a prophet; He is the I AM, the fullness of God revealed to man. In Him, God is truly known.

Today, we were reminded that even in a changing world, kingdom standards remain our compass. Our keynote speaker, Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, challenged us to create businesses that carry the aroma of Christ, profitable but rooted in God's mandate. We also had a panel session, which drove home powerful insights on what it means to build kingdom-aligned enterprises in today's world. Touching on ethics, excellence, stewardship and the courage to do business God's way. This was a timely reminder that influence is a responsibility, not a status.

In this sermon, our presiding Bishop charged us today with a simple but powerful truth: "Keep Moving," just like in Acts 3:4-7, where the lame man at the Beautiful Gate rose and walked at the word of faith, we're reminded to stop seeing ourselves through our own limits and start seeing who we are in Christ. We come expectant, we walk with confidence, and we refuse to look back. There's no failure in Jesus. No stagnation, no defeat. When you're a moving believer, the enemy can't target you, so keep your eyes on Him and keep moving.
